Interests & Specialties: South America, Italy and Great Britain
More info: After 28 years in the travel industry, I have experienced working with hotels, cruise lines and tour companies everywhere from London to Tokyo to Patagonia. My specialties include South America, Italy and Great Britain. After working in corporate travel for many years, I have found that leisure travel is where I can truly exercise my expertise. I enjoy finding the perfect trip for my clients, and planning every detail to make sure that it is executed flawlessly. One of the amazing things about my work is being in contact with people from all over the world on a daily basis. I feel comfortable sending clients virtually anywhere because I know that I will have a contact there.
Peru stands out as my favorite excursion. As a Spanish major, I heard nothing but amazing things about Machu Picchu and Lima. Over 20 years after graduating, I finally got to experience the beautiful area first hand. The rich and unique culture and the diversity of the country; the mountains, canyons, and beaches, makes going to Peru an unforgettable experience.

Interests & Specialties: Group and Incentive Travel
More Info: With over 25 years in the travel industry, my specialty is group and incentive travel management. I enjoy building long term relationships with my clients, as well as managing the many components for a successful program. From site inspections, air, hotel, transportation, banquets, events, activities, on-site program management, I coordinate everything from day of departure to return home, or I could say everything from A to Z.
Travel has been in my life from a very early age. My parents traveled from Spain for my father to pursue his career in art. My brother was born in Venezuela and I was born in Mexico City.
I arrived in San Antonio at the age of seven already aware of world travel. Since then, my parents afforded me the opportunity of traveling and seeing different countries in my youth. I have always had a passion for travel and languages. I completed my academic studies of languages at Le Mesnil School of Languages in Montreux, Switzerland where I studied French, Italian and German.
Prior to transitioning into the travel industry I was employed by IBM and Xerox giving me an insight to the needs of the corporate world which has proven to be invaluable. I am so fortunate to be working in this industry by choice where my experiences and knowledge can benefit others.
Whether your travel needs are professional or personal, my goal is to make your travel experience excellent and memorable.
Interests & Specialties: Mayan Riveria, Central and South America
More Info: With over 25 years of experience traveling in the Mayan Riviera, I look forward to planning your next trip to the Yucatan. I regularly visit and inspect all the very best boutique hotels as well as a wide range of all-inclusive resorts. Whether you are looking for the best beach spots, cenote diving or Tulum tours, I can take care of all your arrangements in a timely and professional manner.
The Central American map offers many discoveries in Belize, Guatemala and Panama. An experience in Belize can offer anything from cave tubing to diving the Blue Hole. Visit Blancaneaux Lodge, a Virtuoso Lodge and jungle retreat in an entirely self-sustained sanctuary. Discover a paradise where waterfalls spill into turquoise pools and Mayan ruins spring from the forest. Relax on your own private island on Cayo Espanto, where paradise and luxury come together as one.
From Guatemala City take a drive to the beautiful city of Antigua where you can take a guided tour of the craft markets with a textile expert and finish the day shopping with her featured artisans. Fly over to Tikal for the day and explore the ancient Mayan city and lush rain forest that surrounds the ruins. Enjoy the beautiful views of the volcano ringed Lake Atitlan from the private balcony of your seven room hotel.
In Panama witness the stunning engineering of the Canal and magnificent Gatun Lake, the source of most of the water that makes the Panama Canal possible. In the jungles of Panama, enjoy flora and fauna with an emphasis on bird life not found anywhere else on the planet.
In South America, a remarkable journey in the Galapagos brings you face to face with the extraordinary natural wonders of this wildlife sanctuary. With an experienced staff of naturalists you encounter wildlife that has no fear of humans and that is so abundant that you may have to watch your footing to avoid disturbing a resting sea lion or passing iguana.
Interests & Specialties: Cruises, US travel, Caribbean, Mexico, Asia, Europe, South & Central America
More Info: My 36 years in the travel industry include working for Lufthansa German Airlines, Braniff International Airlines, and for the last 25 years, at my current position at Herff Travel.
My specialty, and my passion, is cruising. I have been on over 25 cruises, on at least six different cruise lines and 20 different ships, to Mexico, the Caribbean, Alaska, New England, the Mediterranean and Asia. Whether it is a honeymoon, a family reunion, or a "girls weekend", it is my goal to find the perfect cruise vacation for you.
I am also an avid skier and have skied in Colorado, Nevada, California, Oregon, New Mexico, Utah, Montana, and even Virginia! Beginner to Expert, hotel room to mountainside home, individuals and families to large groups - there is a perfect ski vacation waiting for you, and I will enjoy helping you find it.
Over the years, I have enjoyed travelling in Europe, South and Central America, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska and almost all of the other 49 states. Whether it is Disney World, an All-Inclusive in Mexico, a spa in Arizona, a dude ranch in Colorado or a fishing resort in Alaska, my experience in both travel and travel planning will insure that your vacation is the one you are dreaming about.
Interests & Specialties: Europe, Continental US, Honeymoons, Family vacations, Cruises
More Info: A lifelong lover of travel, I came onboard with Herff Travel in 2008. I have always been attracted to the sea and all things coastal. Taking to the waters on a cruise ship is one of my favorite ways to travel and see the world. I have cruised many times and love it for the simplicity, lack of stress and the romance of travelling on the sea. My two most recent cruises were on Regent Seven Seas and they were also my favorites. I sailed the Mediterranean in 2012 from Barcelona to Athens. In 2013, I sailed on an Alaskan cruise from Anchorage to Vancouver.
My interest in history and culture has taken me to Europe several times, always with the desire to return. The most recent trip was in 2015 when I revisited London, Paris and Brussels.
In March 2016, I traveled to South Africa, which was a lifelong dream of mine. The destination was better that I could have even imagined! It is a beautiful country with diverse landscapes and seafronts like nowhere else I have visited. The people are some of the warmest and friendliest anywhere I have been. I would love to share my story with you and work with you to create your experience of a lifetime!
I also love travelling on our “side of the pond”. North America has so much to offer from fabulous city vacations, majestic mountains and beautiful beaches. I will travel to Costa Rica very soon and am so excited to see and experience all that it has to offer. Being outdoors make me happy and I would love to help you plan your special outdoor adventure whether you like zip lining through jungle treetops or simply relaxing by the water with a cool drink in hand!

Interests & Specialties: Adventure Travel, Family Travel, Honeymoons, Croatia, France, Australia, Tahiti, River Cruising
More Info: After 20 years of marketing experiences, museums and events all over the world, it became apparent that my passion was not only in a single experience but with the overall experience of the destination itself. The travel industry became an obvious and exciting next step in my career. I specialize in luxury travel that is about the journey as a whole! I look at each client's trip as an opportunity to help them make their dreams come true. I bring my own personal experience to the table but also revel in researching and finding accommodations, excursions, meals and fine details that will make their experience truly unique and one of their own.
Interests & Specialties: Europe, Italy, Spain, UK, Honeymoons, Mexico, US travel, River Cruising
More info: While working in an administrative role for a luxury travel company I discovered that my real passion was for traveling and planning travel. I have traveled through out North America and Mexico, but my true love is Europe. After a transformative vacation to Italy, I moved there and spent almost a year living and traveling the country.
I have a passion for history, architecture and art. I especially love to delve into the “local experience” of a place, the places off the beaten path and outside of the box. I feel that it’s these experiences that can really define a trip; whether it be a dinner at a locals-only spot, a tour of a museum not in the tourist book or a hands-on experience - lace-making in Venice, paella cooking classes in Spain, wine crushing in Napa, etc. I love to help clients discover culture of a place in intimate and creative ways.
